Great food, Great time

We had a great dinner at Rotorua Social Club (the braised lamb was awesome!) The meals were generous and delicious, and the service was great. A good selection of wine and beer as well.

Delicious!

Highly recommend! We enjoyed the atmosphere here, staff were amazing! Food was fresh, tasty and considering we ordered quite a bit it came out farely quickly. For our family holiday in Rotorua this by far was the best place we had eaten! We will definately be back again! Thanks again

Won't go back

We have been to Social Club before and had good meals but this time we were very disappointed. Both of us had the Roast Vege Couscous salad and it was so salty that my wife could only eat the roast veges off the top. I managed to get through about two thirds of mine but didn't enjoy much of it. I mentioned the issue to the waiter but still had to pay for both meals. There was no offer of a credit of some kind made to compensate for the disappointing meals so we will not go back there again.

Disappointed

We booked in book me, I received an email from them to confirm our booking which I confirmed we would be attending. It took 3 days for them to get back to us to advise that they were not open at the time of our booking which was at 5:00 pm . They advised us on the day of booking at 11:30am. Not happy that we have now lost money due to this experience.
