• ***IMPORTANT*** Please note carefully this product is for Skyline in Rotorua (in NZs North Island) NOT Queenstown. Discount Bookings are non-transferable & non-refundable so please make 100% sure you have the correct location.

  Please arrive at your selected time slot to ensure your entry is valid for redemption.

  Please be aware that individual Luge tracks may close for a variety of reasons without notice.

  While we do our best to ensure all tracks are open there is always the possibility that some may be closed on your visit.

  On the rare occasion in the event of late ticket redemption, past a 30 minute grace period the operator reserves the right to add an additional surcharge.

  Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable. Booking changes are at the discretion of the operator and will incur a surcharge per person to be paid on arrival to the operator.

  Guests will be required to present a "My Vaccine Pass" in order to access Skyline Rotoruas building and facilities.

  Mask wearing is required throughout our buildings and encouraged in Skyline Rotoruas outdoor spaces.

  Guests will be required to sign in using the COVID Tracer App when entering Skyline Rotorua.

  Weight Restrictions: Zipline weight restrictions are strictly minimum 27kg maximum 125kg.

  Please arrive at your selected time to ensure you entry is valid for redemption, if you do need to make a change please call the team.

  Please Note: To ride you must be in good physical health and a sound mental state. If you suspect that riding could aggravate a pre-existing condition or put your health at risk for ANY reason, DO NOT ride without first consulting a medical professional.
