ProBounce school holidays
The staff appeared completely uninterested in a booking for 6 kids despite the venue being quiet. Rain came half way though the session so lost an hour of the time and there was no offer of help or any kind of voucher to compensate. The venue needs to be mindful of this when there is an indoor jump option down the road with a super helpful staffing team. Need to look after locals/customer better!

Great staff, parents can easily watch from picnic tables, kids stayed for full 2 hours! Best part it’s outside!
