This peaceful mountain was transformed into Edoras, the capital city of the Rohan people in the Lord of the Rings trilogy.
Immerse yourself in the natural unspoilt beauty of this location with it's sparkling clear lakes, glistening blue rivers, rugged mountain ranges and fresh crisp mountain air. You don't have to be a Lord of the Rings fan to enjoy this amazing day out.

Duration: 8.5 hours from Christchurch or 5.5 hours from Methven.

Pickup location: Pick up from most central hotels/motels in Christchurch by arrangement from 8.30am or meet us outside Canterbury Museum, Rolleston Avenue at 9.00am. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior.
If you are located in Methven, we can pick you up from Methven i-SITE at 10.45am, please select this option as you proceed to checkout. Please meet 10 minutes prior to departure.

치치에서 꼭 해볼만한 경험!
가이드분 친절하고 설명잘해주셔서 좋았습니다. 점심으로 먹은 샌드위치와 와인도 맛있었구요. 무엇보다 풍경이 멋졌습니다. 반지의제왕을 따라가볼수있는 좋은 기회인것같아요.

Nous avons eu une journée fantastique à la hauteur de nos attentes. C'est un most pour tous les fans du Seigneurs des anneaux. Nous avons eu Steve comme guide. Il a travaillé avec Peter Jackson. C'était génial !

Count on a day of lots of driving hours. It's about 2,5 hours there, and 2,5 hours back again. But our guide Maria told wonderful stories so the time flew by! The location makes it all worthwhile!!!!

뚜벅이인 반지의 제왕 팬이라면!
에도라스를 가고 싶은데 뚜벅이라 버스론 못가고 주요 관광지에서 꽤 먼 거리라 동행 구하기도 힘들어서 투어를 이용했어요. 혼자 가거나 일행을 구했다면 주차장에서 정상까지 편도 1시간 정도 트래킹 해야하는데 길이 완전 소똥밭이고 그늘이 아예 없어서 가는데 힘들었을 거 같아요. 투어 차량은 정상 바로 밑에까지 차로 올라가는데, 그래도 5분정도 걸어올라가야하니 운동화 추천합니다. 각종 검과 로한 깃발과 사진 찍을 수 있고요. 점심은 생각보다 늦게 먹어서 아침과의 시간차가 좀 커서, 간식거리 챙겨가는거 추천드려요! 정상에서 시간은 꽤 길어서 전 너무 좋았는데, 하나 아쉬운건 멀리서 보는 위치에서 정차를 안하고 그냥 거더라고요. 영화 화면과 비슷한 구도로 사진 찍고 싶었는데 차 안에서 급하게 찍었어요 ㅋㅋㅋ큐ㅠㅠㅠ 그거 말고는 가이드도 친절하고 꽤 좋은 투어였습니다.
